So maybe if I click on the format folder that I want, I can see my designs? I'll do that: There are several format folders in here. So I will open this folder (still not unzipped, not extracted and see what else is in there: As you can see, Thumbnailer is not displaying the design. I'm not sure yet why.įor anyone else reading, who has Thumbnailer running on an administrator account in Windows, but still can't see files in zips, here's the deal: Thumbnailer can see the designs, but it can't "see through" the zip folders. Select the embroidery files you would like Thumbnailer to display.įrom our conversation in another thread, I think the issue is probably that Thumbnailer needs to be run as administrator.
